What should I do if the music or sound effects are not working?

◆ Check your Sound Settings
Go to Settings > Sound and confirm the following:

1. Music is ON
2. SFX is ON

◆ Check your Device Settings
Please check the volume and silent mode settings on your device.

・If silent mode is ON, you will not be able to hear the sound from your speakers.
・If you are using an Android device, please check your Music Playback settings as well.
